About the property

"VISION one" is the first in VisionLux Group's series of standalone buildings in the Manastirski Livadi district. The building features a combined facade of etalbond, mineral plaster, and a suspended ventilated facade with ceramic panels. Locations are provided for the outdoor units of the air conditioners with decorative grilles, coordinated with the interior of the common areas.

The common areas will be finished according to a designer project, with flooring of natural stone, walls combining wood paneling, plaster, and accent wallpaper, high-end entrance doors, and individually designed doorbell systems.
