CONSTRUCTION STARTED!
The absolute pearl in avant-garde architecture - Home2U Paradise. The project is being built literally 80 meters from the entrance of Paradise Mall and Vitosha metro station. The main goal of the project was to create an iconic and memorable building that harmonizes with the technological nature of the area in which it is located. Following the building plan and the need for specific distances to preserve the lighting of neighboring properties, a form was dictated that we managed to summarize and utilize functionally. Again dictated by the construction, the building had to be divided into two distinct trapezoidal volumes, one sloped at 45° north-south, and the other at 72° south-north. In this way, not only do we eliminate the shading of buildings on neighboring properties, but we also ensure maximum sunlight for our building.

The distinct forms clad with high-quality natural materials produced by world market leaders, such as structural glazing, fiberglass panels with finely ground stone particles, and HPL panels with a soft wood grain, create a high level of elegance. The change of materials occurs in places where the dynamics of the building's volumes are further emphasized. The selected materials and precise execution will eliminate wear from weather conditions over time.

Functionally, the building is designed with 10 above-ground levels and one underground. It consists of 36 apartments, varying in type and size, with special attention given to the comfort of each one. On the first above-ground level, there is a restaurant and a bakery. The underground level is entirely dedicated to parking needs, with 31 parking spaces located there. For those who appreciate a good view, spacious "PENTHOUSE" apartments on two and three levels are designed on the top floors of the two bodies, offering a sense of a different scale above the big city and the surrounding mountains.
